ANALYSIS ON STABILITY OF SURROUNDING ROCKS OF SHUIBUYA UNDERGROUND PLANT BY THREE-DIMENSIONAL FAST LAGRANGIAN METHOD |

Abstract The construction and excavation process of underground plant of the Shuibuya Project are simulated by three-dimensional fast Lagrangian method(FLAC-3D). The pattern of deformation caused by excavation and stress state in surrounding rocks of the chamber group under complex geological conditions are researched. The distribution of plastic areas and the stability of surrounding rocks are analyzed. And the bolting is performed to support the vault of tail-race tubes.
