GRAY PREDICTION OF ULTIMATE BEARING CAPACITY OF
SINGLE PILE |

Abstract It is of great significance for civil engineers to accurately predict the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile with the limited measurement data. Based on the grey theory，GM(1，1)，a grey model of load-settlement relation for single pile is established. The prediction method of ultimate bearing capacity and the whole load-settlement curve are discussed in detail. The results of engineering cases prove that this method is reliable，and the precision of prediction can meet engineering need.
