| RESEARCH ON MEASURING METHOD OF PERMEABILITY BY USING STORAGE-VARIABLE TRANSIENT PULSE METHOD |

Abstract Transient pulse method is a theoretically well-established and widely used method at home and abroad. The limitation of the method in measuring range due to its fixed apparatus storage is discussed theoretically. Storage-variable transient pulse method for permeability has been proposed. The principle，test device and procedures of the storage-variable transient pulse method have been introduced；and the repeatability is analyzed based on the repeated permeability measurements at different apparatus storages. The results show that the measured values have a good repeatability(less than 5%) and well agree with that measured by constant flow method.
