深厚软土地基中植入桩承载性能现场试验研究

Abstract In this paper, the bearing performance of pre-bored PHC piles embedded in deep soft soils was analyzed through two groups of field tests. The diameters of the six test piles were 0.75 m and 0.9 m, respectively, and distributed fiber optic sensors were installed along the pile shafts to measure the variation in axial force during the loading process. The test results indicated that when the 0.75 m pre-bored PHC piles were loaded to the designed ultimate capacity of 3 520 kN, the pile head displacements ranged from 2.48% to 2.56% of the pile diameter (D). Similarly, the pile head displacement of the 0.9 m pre-bored PHC piles, when loaded to the ultimate capacity of 5280 kN, also ranged from 2.48% to 2.56% of D. The applied load at the pile head was predominantly supported by shaft resistance when the piles were loaded to their designed ultimate capacities in this study. The grouting stage during the installation of pre-bored PHC piles significantly enhanced the frictional capacity of the pile-soil interface, with the measured ultimate skin friction of the pre-bored PHC piles ranging from 1.04 to 1.18 times that of bored piles across different soil layers. Furthermore, the CPT method was utilized to calculate the ultimate skin friction of pre-bored PHC piles in various soil layers, and the relationship between the ultimate skin friction and cone tip resistance (qc) was established based on the field test results.
