Abstract:In terms of Biot consolidation theory and by using integral t ransforms methods , the fundamental solu2 tions of circular load or point sink in the interior of the half space are established. The second kind of Fredholm in2 tegral equation of the single pile interacted with the point sink is obtained through the fundamental solutions. The integral equation can be simplified by means of Laplace t ransforms methods. By the corresponding inverse integral t ransforms and the numerical solution of the integral equation , the displacement , axial force and the shear st ress of the pile are obtained.
