Abstract：The overall and systemic studies are given to the basic principle of the Digital Panoramic Borehole Camera System from hardware to software. The key problem of realizing in hardware and restoring in software is solved. The best implement scheme is put forward and the optimization design is carried through，The solid base is established for successful development of this system.
