Abstract：The stress-deformation analysis is made on the anti-seepage concrete wall of Yellow River embankment using finite element method. The element type，stress-strain relation model of malarial，loading process by grades，water load treating，calculation parameters and calculation result of typical sections，and several conclusions are presented.
