Abstract Based on the neu ral netwo rk theo ry, a new rockbu rst p redict ion model is estab lished. The BP
netwo rk is t rained u sing the co llected data f rom som e actu ral p ro ject s. The study show s that the p ropo sed
model is of ob ject ivity, generality and h igher accu racy.
