LIQUEFACTION BEHAVIORS AND STEADY STATE STRENGTH
OF SATURATED LOESS |

Abstract Steady state strength and undrained behavior of saturated loess are studied under stress-controlled undrained triaxial consolidation experiments. Static liquefaction behaviors of loess and sand are compared. Occurrence conditions of liquefaction for loess and the judgment method of flow slide of saturated loess by steady state strength are presented.
