Abstract：This paper mainly studies refracturing mechanism. Through analyzing crustal stress field around borehole, it brings forward dominated factor influencing fracture configuration and finds different mechanical mechanism forming vertical fracture and horizontal fracture, build up crustal stress field model. Then based on this model and combining the mechanism theory, it builds up a numerical model including reservoir and fracture, provides important theoretical evidence for refracturing stimulation in oil field.
