Abstract:As underground resources exploitation goes deeper and deeper,how to effectively control the floor heave becomes a key problem in roadway support. Considering the surrounding rock damage serious and difficult to support of Liuzhuang coal mine in Xinji,combined with the geological environment characteristics of refrigeration cavern of Liuzhuang coal mine,a large number of in-situ and laboratory tests were done including geostress measurement,true triaxial rheological test,physico-mechanical properties of roadway surrounding rock and rock mineral composition analysis. The research results show that floor heave of this roadway is mainly caused by the flowing deformation of the weak wall rock under the influence of high horizontal tectonic stress. Optimized support design is carried out for this roadway based on analysis above,proposing the floor heave control strategy of compressible steel arch and foam concrete combined with pre-stressed anchor cable. The rationality of the scheme is verified by means of numerical simulation.
