Abstract：Wuhan Labour Market Building is located at the west of Xinhua road，Hankou district，Wuhan. The geological conditions of the building foundation are very complicated and the pit is 8 meters deep. The design and construction process of the pit slope are introduced. It is pointed out that the keys of deep pit supported by shotcrete-bolt are construction according to the information，feasible design，and close cooperation between the excavation and the construction of shotcrete-bolt，and flexible management.
