FINITE ELEMENT ANLYSIS ON SUPER-HIGH REINFORCED EARTH RETAINING WALL OF THREE STEPS

Abstract:By using finite element method,the major strain and stress,the minor strain and stress,shear stress,deformation and plastic zone of super height reinforced earth retaining wall of three steps are analyzed,and some valuable conclusions are obtained. The conclusions are also compared with the results obtained from in-site investigation and centrifuge modeling test of the reinforced earth retaining wall.
