Abstract According to the internet introduction and the information state of the underground space，and combining the current state of underground sapce web sites in the world，the significance of building the underground space web site and the necessity of applying ASP technology based on web database are pointed out. The design of the whole web site，the application of the relevant network technology，and the operation principle of the web site are conceived. The development of this web site is discussed prospects.
