Abstract This paper presents the researching of the drilling and cutting characteristic on different diameter of grain made of man-made diamond by experiment，based on the equipment and methods of the experiment，describing carefully the result of analyze experiment data and obtaining qualitative conclusion on changing parameters experiment of the small diamond bit(30 millimeter in diameter)which is made of man-made diamond in different diameter of grain。
