Abstract:Based on the analysis of the geological environment and deformation-failure condition of Zhaoshuling paleo-landslide area in Three Gorges Area,the stability of the paleo-landslide after the Three Gorges Reservoir is impounded is evaluated. Combined with stability evaluation,the relative matter-element model is set up to evaluate the site applicability of the interest area. The interest area is divided into three grades. The result provides a basis for the reasonable exploitation of the area in the future.
