Abstract:Sanhekou hydraulic project is one of the two potable water source projects of the water diversion from the Han to the Wei river project,and shear strength properties of the slope rock mass are the main rock mechanics. To research slope rock mass strength characteristics,many groups of in-situ direct shear test for different lithology and weathering degree rock mass were conducted on abutment slope,which loading paths and maximum pressure were the same as the conditions of the arch dam acting on the rock mass. By comprehensive analyzing 7 groups rock mass shear test results and 7 groups interface between concrete and rock shear test results,variation range of the shear strength parameters for different rock mass were put forward and influencing factors of test results,direct shear test failure characteristics were studied. At last,results and failure features of interface between concrete and rock shear test and rock mass shear test were contrasted.
