Abstract:The complicated stress will occur in the intersection area of tunnels. Therefore,3D numerical analysis program,FLAC3D,is adopted for feedback analysis of a case of an intersection area of seven tunnels. The analysis results indicate that tunnels shall be in stable condition because sphere of tunneling influence and loosen zone of rock mass are small. Monitoring and field visual inspection on tunnel conditions shall be maintained to monitor the behavior of tunnels during the progress of excavation.
